Big Bro Treating Me like a Baby?? How Can I get him to Stop?
im in 9th grade hes a senior in hs. there is a lot of sibling rivalry between us, but its normal. And he doesn't think of me as a baby, we talk about girls and stuff so obv he doesn't think of me as a little kid. Ive heard him speak to his friends about me and he addresses me as I am, a freshman. However, in school, most prominently during practice (we were both on varsity for all three seasons this year, and we play the same sports) he treats me like a baby. He acts as though I can't do anything on my own, as if I always need his assistance. And he acts so responsible of me its practically as though he is in charge of me. And he gets kind of protective of me too. its soo weird. He'll take the blame for me for something he didn't do, not that im complaining he's a great brother and all but still I can be accountable for my own mistakes. He always helps me, like if it looks like im having trouble carrying something heavy like the team equipment bag, he'll help me carry it. And then he'll crack jokes about how "lil Ethan" (aka what he refers to me during those jokes) "is smaller than the bag he was trying to carry so I [him, my brother] had to help him [referring to me]". Its so irritating cause its not like i asked for him to help me. and just because im 5 ft 3 and he's 6 ft 2 doesn't mean I won't grow. He always makes fun of my height! And whenever we have away games or w/e he always makes sure im on the bus and the night before that i have the right uniform etc. And I always tell him, "Parker, I can take care of myself." but he always grins and gives me a nuggie and says "but your my little bro." And when his friends, seniors, tease me or joke around with me, he'll always stop it and try to defend me as though they were saying something really mean, although I know that they were just joking around with me. THe worst thing though is how he makes decisions for me, he'll answer the coach for me before I get a chance to say anything. And also its annoying when he picks me up and carries me over his shoulder after I have a good game. It's like, I'm not a sack of potatoes nor am I a 3 year old. How can I get him to stop treating me like a baby during practice/sports?

A friend of mine is using this to stay happy (helpppp)?
A friend (senior in highschool) of mine has this barbie doll that she calls her mini me she dresses her like her, when she goes to bed she puts the barbie to bed when I'm at her house and were watching tv there the barbie doll is. The doll is like an additional person to her. When I spent the night and we made breakfast she play feed the doll, when in reality we all know dolls don''t eat. And she was so serious about everything. She says the doll keeps her stable, but the other day she asked me to come with her to her psychiatric appointment her mom scheduled for her and she was diagnosed with Bipolar II and given a perscription for medication. When we got home she didn't tell her mom and she told me the doll is all she needs to feel good. I wasn't in there when she was talking to the doctor but I doubt she told her she had the barbie doll. I had to tell her mom she was bipolar and were all worried about her and her mom wants to take the doll away but I'm thinking if she feels better with it maybe its normal and taking it away could be really dangerous for her well being, but she also needs the medication but she doesn't want to take it. What do you think? Should her mom take it away or what, I told her I don't think that's a good idea but she thinks its for the best.
